1. ઉપલબ્ધતા અને કોલ રિસ્પોન્સ

• તમે હોમ વિઝીટનો સમય અહીં આપ્યો છે, એ દરમિયાન ફોન ઉપાડવો અત્યંત જરૂરી છે.
• જો કોલ મિસ થાય તો કોલબેક કરવો જરૂરી છે.
• જો આપ કોઈ કારણોસર ના જઈ શકવાના હોય તો પેશન્ટને સ્પષ્ટ જણાવવું ખુબ જ જરૂરી છે, જેથી તેઓ બીજા ડોકટરનો સંપર્ક કરી શકે.

2. હોમ વિઝિટ પ્રતિબદ્ધતા

• જો આપ 60 મિનીટ સુધીમાં ન પહોંચી શકવાના હોવ તો પેશન્ટને સ્પષ્ટ જણાવશો, જેથી તેઓ બીજા ડોકટરનો સંપર્ક કરી શકે.

3. સમય પાબંદી (Punctuality)

• Confirm થયેલી visit માટે સમયસર પહોંચવું ફરજિયાત છે.
• જો 15-20 મિનિટથી વધુ delay થાય તો પેશન્ટને સામેથી ફોન કરી જાણ કરવી જરૂરી છે.

4. વિઝિટ ચાર્જ નીતિ

• હોમ વિઝિટ ચાર્જમાં વધારો કે ઘટાડો કરવો હોય તો ઓછામાં ઓછા 24 કલાક પહેલા Aarutva માં જાણ કરવી જરૂરી છે.
• Aarutva માં અપડેટ કર્યા વિના દર્દીને અલગ ચાર્જ ન જણાવવો.
• તમે દિવસ અને રાત્રીનો હોમ વિઝીટ ચાર્જ અલગ-અલગ રાખી શકો છો.

5. પ્રોફાઈલ માહિતી

• તમારી માહિતી (ડિગ્રી, અનુભવ, વિસ્તાર, સમય, હોમ વિઝીટ ચાર્જ વગેરે ) સાચી અને અપડેટ હોવી જરૂરી છે.
• તમારી માહિતીમાં કોઈપણ ફેરફાર થાય તો તરત Aarutvaને જાણ કરવી ખુબ જ જરૂરી છે.

6. પેશન્ટ સંપર્ક નીતિ

• Aarutva પ્લેટફોર્મથી પેશન્ટ સીધા જ ડોક્ટરનો સંપર્ક કરે છે.
• જેથી Aarutvaનું નામ, બ્રાન્ડ અને પ્લેટફોર્મની વિશ્વસનીયતા જાળવવી ફરજિયાત છે.
• કોઈપણ પ્રકારની ખોટી માહિતી, ગેરમાર્ગે દોરવું અથવા Aarutvaની ઈમેજને નુકસાન થાય તેવી પ્રવૃત્તિ મનાઈ છે.
• ડોક્ટર અને પેશન્ટ વચ્ચેની વાતચીત, ફી, સમય અને સેવા સંબંધિત તમામ બાબતો માટે ડોક્ટર પોતે જવાબદાર રહેશે.

7. પેશન્ટ પસંદગી અને Aarutva જવાબદારી

• Aarutva પ્લેટફોર્મ પર પેશન્ટ પોતે ડોક્ટરને હોમ વિઝિટ માટે પસંદ કરે છે.
• કયા ડોક્ટરને બોલાવવા તેનો સંપૂર્ણ નિર્ણય પેશન્ટનો રહેશે.
• તેથી ડોક્ટરને કેટલી inquiry મળશે તે માટે Aarutva કોઈપણ પ્રકારની જવાબદારી લેતું નથી.

8. ફરિયાદ

• દર્દી તરફથી આવતી તમામ ફરિયાદને Aarutva ખુબ જ ગંભીરતાથી લે છે. પરંતુ અમારા માટે ડોક્ટરનો પક્ષ પણ એટલો જ મહત્વનો છે.

9. કાનૂની અને નૈતિક જવાબદારી

• તમામ Medical Services માટે ડોક્ટર પોતે જવાબદાર રહેશે.
• Aarutva માત્ર platform તરીકે કામ કરે છે.

10. નિયમોનું પાલન

• ઉપરના તમામ નિયમોનું પાલન કરવું ફરજિયાત રહેશે.
• નિયમોના ઉલ્લંઘન પર Aarutva ડોક્ટરને તાત્કાલિક અને કાયમી દુર કરવાનો અધિકાર રહેશે અને તે વખતે એકપણ રૂપિયો રીફંડ આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.

1. વાર્ષિક પ્લેટફોર્મ વિઝિબિલિટી ફી

આ ફી માત્ર www.aarutva.com પર તમારી માહિતી બતાવવા માટે લેવામાં આવે છે.

2. માન્યતા (Validity)

• સબ્સ્ક્રિપ્શન પેમેન્ટની તારીખથી 3૬૫ દિવસ સુધી માન્ય રહેશે.
• સમય પૂર્ણ થયા પછી વિઝિબિલિટી ચાલુ રાખવા માટે રિન્યુઅલ જરૂરી રહેશે.

3. નોન-રિફંડેબલ

• પ્લેટફોર્મ વિઝિબિલિટી ફી કોઈપણ પરિસ્થિતિમાં પરત આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.
• ઓછી અથવા કોઈ inquiry ન હોવા છતાં અથવા બાકી સમય માટે કોઈ રિફંડ આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.

4. પેશન્ટની ગેરંટી મળશે?

• વેબસાઈટ ઉપર સીધા તમારા જ નંબર આપવામાં આવે છે.
• એટલે જ્યારે પેશન્ટને જરૂર પડશે ત્યારે એ સીધો તમને જ ફોન કે વોટ્સએપ કરશે.
• એટલે Aarutva તમને પેશન્ટ આપે તેવી પરિસ્થિતિ જ ઉભી થતી નથી.

5. પેશન્ટ તરફથી સીધુ પેમેન્ટ

• પેશન્ટ સીધા ડોક્ટરનો સંપર્ક કરશે અને પેમેન્ટ પણ સીધા ડોક્ટરને જ કરશે.
• Aarutva કન્સલ્ટેશન પર કોઈ કમિશન લેતું નથી.

6. રિન્યુઅલ નીતિ

• પ્લેટફોર્મ વિઝિબિલિટી ચાલુ રાખવા માટે દર વર્ષે રિન્યુઅલ જરૂરી છે.
• રિન્યુઅલ ન કરવામાં આવે તો પ્રોફાઇલની વિઝિબિલિટી ઘટાડવામાં અથવા દૂર કરવામાં આવી શકે છે.

7. પ્લેટફોર્મ વિઝિબિલિટી ફી માં ફેરફાર

• પ્લેટફોર્મને નવા અથવા રિન્યુઅલ સબ્સ્ક્રિપ્શન માટે પ્લેટફોર્મ વિઝિબિલિટી ફી માં ફેરફાર કરવાનો અધિકાર રહેશે.
• હાલની સક્રિય સબ્સ્ક્રિપ્શન તેની સમયસીમા સુધી પ્રભાવિત નહીં થાય.

8. ફી કન્ફર્મેશન

• પ્લેટફોર્મ વિઝિબિલિટી ફી કન્ફર્મ થયા પછી જ લિસ્ટિંગ એક્ટિવ કરવામાં આવશે.

9. કરાર

• પેમેન્ટ કરતા જ ડોક્ટર આ તમામ નિયમો અને શરતોને સ્વીકાર કરે છે.

• यदि आप किसी कारणवश नहीं जा सकते हैं, तो मरीज को स्पष्ट रूप से बताना बहुत जरूरी है, ताकि वे दूसरे डॉक्टर से संपर्क कर सकें।

2. होम विज़िट प्रतिबद्धता

• यदि आप 60 मिनट के भीतर नहीं पहुंच सकते हैं, तो मरीज को स्पष्ट रूप से बताएं, ताकि वे दूसरे डॉक्टर से संपर्क कर सकें।

3. समय पालन (Punctuality)

• Confirm हुई विज़िट के लिए समय पर पहुंचना अनिवार्य है।
• यदि 15-20 मिनट से अधिक देरी होती है, तो मरीज को पहले से फोन करके सूचित करना आवश्यक है।

4. विज़िट चार्ज नीति

• होम विज़िट चार्ज में वृद्धि या कमी करनी हो तो कम से कम 24 घंटे पहले Aarutva को सूचित करना आवश्यक है।
• Aarutva में अपडेट किए बिना मरीज को अलग चार्ज न बताएं।
• आप दिन और रात के होम विज़िट चार्ज अलग-अलग रख सकते हैं।

5. प्रोफाइल जानकारी

• आपकी जानकारी (डिग्री, अनुभव, क्षेत्र, समय, होम विज़िट चार्ज आदि) सही और अपडेटेड होना आवश्यक है।
• आपकी जानकारी में कोई भी बदलाव हो तो तुरंत Aarutva को सूचित करना बहुत जरूरी है।

6. मरीज संपर्क नीति

• Aarutva प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से मरीज सीधे डॉक्टर से संपर्क करते हैं।
• इसलिए Aarutva का नाम, ब्रांड और प्लेटफॉर्म की विश्वसनीयता बनाए रखना अनिवार्य है।
• किसी भी प्रकार की गलत जानकारी देना, गुमराह करना या Aarutva की छवि को नुकसान पहुंचाने वाली गतिविधि प्रतिबंधित है।
• डॉक्टर और मरीज के बीच बातचीत, फीस, समय और सेवा से संबंधित सभी बातों के लिए डॉक्टर स्वयं जिम्मेदार होंगे।

7. मरीज चयन और Aarutva जिम्मेदारी

• Aarutva प्लेटफॉर्म पर मरीज स्वयं डॉक्टर का चयन करते हैं।
• किस डॉक्टर को बुलाना है, इसका पूरा निर्णय मरीज का होगा।
• इसलिए डॉक्टर को कितनी inquiries मिलेंगी, इसके लिए Aarutva किसी भी प्रकार की जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेता है।

8. शिकायत

• मरीज की ओर से आने वाली सभी शिकायतों को Aarutva बहुत गंभीरता से लेता है, लेकिन हमारे लिए डॉक्टर का पक्ष भी उतना ही महत्वपूर्ण है।

9. कानूनी और नैतिक जिम्मेदारी

• सभी मेडिकल सेवाओं के लिए डॉक्टर स्वयं जिम्मेदार होंगे।
• Aarutva केवल एक प्लेटफॉर्म के रूप में कार्य करता है।

10. नियमों का पालन

• उपरोक्त सभी नियमों का पालन करना अनिवार्य है।
• नियमों का उल्लंघन होने पर Aarutva को डॉक्टर को अस्थायी या स्थायी रूप से हटाने का अधिकार होगा और उस स्थिति में कोई भी राशि वापस नहीं की जाएगी।

1. वार्षिक प्लेटफॉर्म विजिबिलिटी शुल्क

यह शुल्क केवल www.aarutva.com पर आपकी जानकारी प्रदर्शित करने के लिए लिया जाता है।

2. वैधता (Validity)

• सब्सक्रिप्शन भुगतान की तारीख से 365 दिनों तक वैध रहेगा।
• समय समाप्त होने के बाद विजिबिलिटी जारी रखने के लिए नवीनीकरण आवश्यक है।

3. नॉन-रिफंडेबल

• प्लेटफॉर्म विजिबिलिटी शुल्क किसी भी परिस्थिति में वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
• कम या कोई inquiry न मिलने पर या शेष अवधि के लिए कोई रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा।

4. क्या मरीज मिलने की गारंटी मिलेगी?

• वेबसाइट पर सीधे आपका ही नंबर दिया जाता है।
• इसलिए जब भी किसी मरीज को आपकी जरूरत होगी, वह सीधे आपको फोन या WhatsApp करेगा।
• इसलिए Aarutva द्वारा आपको मरीज देने की कोई स्थिति ही नहीं बनती।

5. मरीज से सीधा भुगतान

• मरीज सीधे डॉक्टर से संपर्क करेंगे और भुगतान भी सीधे डॉक्टर को ही करेंगे।
• Aarutva कंसल्टेशन पर कोई कमीशन नहीं लेता है।

6. नवीनीकरण नीति

• प्लेटफॉर्म विजिबिलिटी जारी रखने के लिए हर वर्ष नवीनीकरण आवश्यक है।
• नवीनीकरण न होने पर प्रोफाइल की विजिबिलिटी कम या हटाई जा सकती है।

7. कीमतों में बदलाव

• प्लेटफॉर्म को नए या नवीनीकरण सब्सक्रिप्शन के लिए कीमतों में बदलाव करने का अधिकार है।
• वर्तमान सक्रिय सब्सक्रिप्शन उसकी समाप्ति तक प्रभावित नहीं होगी।

8. शुल्क पुष्टि

• प्लेटफॉर्म विजिबिलिटी शुल्क की पुष्टि के बाद ही लिस्टिंग सक्रिय की जाएगी।

9. सहमति

• भुगतान करते ही डॉक्टर इन सभी नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करते हैं।

1. Availability & Call Response

• During the time you have provided for home visits, it is mandatory to answer calls.
• If a call is missed, it is necessary to call back as soon as possible.
• If you are unable to attend for any reason, you must clearly inform the patient so they can contact another doctor.

2. Home Visit Commitment

• If you are unable to reach within 60 minutes, you must clearly inform the patient so they can contact another doctor.

3. Punctuality

• It is mandatory to reach on time for a confirmed visit.
• If there is a delay of more than 15–20 minutes, you must inform the patient in advance via call.

4. Visit Charge Policy

• Any increase or decrease in home visit charges must be informed to Aarutva at least 24 hours in advance.
• Do not communicate different charges to patients without updating Aarutva.
• You may set different charges for day and night home visits.

5. Profile Information

• Your details (degree, experience, area, timings, home visit charges, etc.) must be accurate and up to date.
• Any changes must be immediately informed to Aarutva.

6. Patient Communication Policy

• Patients directly contact doctors through the Aarutva platform.
• Therefore, maintaining the reputation, brand, and trust of Aarutva is mandatory.
• Any kind of misinformation, misleading behavior, or actions that may harm Aarutva’s image are strictly prohibited.
• The doctor will be solely responsible for all communication, fees, timing, and services provided to the patient.

7. Patient Selection & Aarutva Responsibility

• Patients select the doctor themselves on the Aarutva platform.
• The decision of which doctor to call is entirely the patient’s.
• Therefore, Aarutva does not take any responsibility for the number of inquiries received by the doctor.

8. Complaints

• All complaints from patients are taken very seriously by Aarutva; however, the doctor’s perspective is equally important to us.

9. Legal & Ethical Responsibility

• The doctor will be solely responsible for all medical services provided.
• Aarutva operates only as a platform.

10. Compliance

• Compliance with all the above rules is mandatory.
• In case of violation, Aarutva reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove the doctor, and no refund will be provided in such cases.

1. Annual Platform Visibility Fee

This fee is charged only for displaying your information on www.aarutva.com

2. Validity

• The subscription is valid for 365 days from the date of payment.
• After expiry, renewal is required to continue visibility.

3. Non-Refundable

• The Platform Visibility Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• No refund will be provided for unused period, low inquiries or no inquiries.

4. Is there a guarantee of getting patients?

• Your direct contact number is provided on the website.
• So, whenever a patient needs your services, they will directly call or WhatsApp you.
• Therefore, there is no situation where Aarutva is required to provide you with patients.

5. Direct Payment from Patients

• Patients will directly contact and pay the doctor.
• Aarutva does not take any commission from consultations.

6. Renewal Policy

• Renewal is required every year to continue the Platform Visibility.
• If not renewed, profile visibility may be reduced or removed.

7. Price Changes

• Platform reserves the right to revise pricing for new or renewal subscriptions.
• Existing active subscriptions will not be affected until expiry.

8. Platform Visibility Fee Confirmation

• Listing will be activated only after successful Platform Visibility Fee confirmation.

9. Agreement

• By making payment, the doctor agrees to these payment terms.

Aarutva is a technology-based digital directory and platform service provider company that only facilitates direct contact between patients and independently practicing registered medical practitioners (doctors).

Currently, the platform does not collect any medical fees, consultation charges, booking fees, or service charges from patients. Therefore, generally, no refund is applicable.

1.   Refund Policy for Patients
1.   The platform does not accept any payment from patients, so no question of refund arises.
2.   Fees charged by doctors are entirely a direct transaction between the doctor and the patient, for which the platform is not responsible in any way.
3.   Any disputes regarding fees charged by doctors, advance payments, or service charges will be resolved directly between the patient and the doctor.

2.   Platform Fees for Doctors
1.   platform visibility fee will be Non-Refundable.
2.   Once paid, the amount will not be refunded under any circumstances, except if special written permission is granted by the company.

3.   Service Cancellation
1.   The platform only provides contact facilitation; therefore, in case a doctor’s home visit, appointment, or service is cancelled, no refund will be provided by the platform.
2.   All terms related to service cancellation will be mutually agreed upon between the doctor and the patient.

4.   Service Disruption Due to Technical Reasons
In case of temporary service disruption due to server downtime, network issues, technical failure, or any other reason, no monetary refund will be provided.

5.   Changes to Policy
The company reserves the full right to modify, update, or revise this refund policy at any time. The updated policy will become effective as soon as it is published on the website.
